All Bungalows are built within an amazing boulder setting which overlooks turquoise waters and the island's magical sunsets. A wooden bridge now connects Lighthouse Bungalows to Haad Rin Beach whilst still retaining the away from it all feel. PAC also hopes to eradicate (or at least minimise) the rabies virus from Ko Pangan island. PAC is a non-profit organisation, developed to provide essential care for the many ill and suffering stray animals of Koh PhaNgan. PAC operates by requesting donations to cover the cost of medical supplies used in treating owned animals, while all strays are treated at the expense of the clinic. The clinic has also been fully furnished to provide high standard living quarters for PAC's nurses PAC Ko Pangan has been gratefully embraced by the local residents of the island, as there has never been any option to obtain treatment unless the animal was brought to the adjacent island.

The half hour trek winds up the mountain through the palms and once on top of the mountain there is a wonderful view of Chaloklum bay, the Chinese temple and the mountains and valleys of Koh Phangan; a great photo opportunity. Welcome to Teep’s Mai Pen Rai Bungalows. Mai Pen Rai Bungalows is one of the oldest resorts in Koh Phangan, founded by Teep about 20 years ago. If you are visiting Ko Pangan in February or March time, perhaps you can join the annual MaiPenRai pool competition at Than Sadet Beach!
