Opened 1997 HAAD YAO DIVERS was the first Dive-Center on the West-Coast of Koh Phangan and one of the islands pioneers.
At that time Koh Phangan was famous for its Fullmoon Parties on Haadrin-Beach but unknown for the beauty of its unspoiled reefs.
Unlike it’s sister islands Koh Samui and Koh Tao, Koh Phangan is still unknown for divers. Even though the most famous divesites like
Sailrock and
Anghthong National Marinepark are closer to Phangan Island.
That means for our divers that they can discover the islands healthy reefs undisturbed without meeting groups of other divers and have shorter
trips to the most attractive Dive Sites in the Gulf.

HAAD YAO DIVERS started as a small operation on Haad Yao with only 1 PADI Instructor and Divemaster but became quickly a
professional PADI Resort Dive Center. Today our team is an international one consisting of enthusiastic and highly qualified PADI
Instructors and Dive Masters from England, France, Switzerland and Germany. But still we belong to the smaller Dive Operators on the island which deal in qality rather than quantity and we know our divers by name. |

Run by European management we are commited to western quality and high standards. We are using only top brand equipment
(Scubapro, Technisub, Aqualung, Mares) and all our dive gear is well maintained and professional serviced annually.
